What is it?

Pricing, technically called the valuation report is a document which concludes a competent professional to do and that is to establish justifiably the value of an asset, according to previously established criteria and developing an appropriate methodology to given purpose. What is the deadline?

The delivery will be determined depending on the type of property to value, being not more than, in any case, 10 working days.

How do you apply?

Send us your request for the realization of real estate valuation using different means of contact, providing the exact address of the property, the applicant’s data, copy writing and the last receipt of contribution of housing, as well as the copy of the plan housing if possible. In a maximum of 48 hours from the request we will contact you to arrange a visit.
